BACK OFFICE STAFF

Our back office staff includes an
exceptionally well trained group of medical
assistants who are dual trained to care for
and treat patients of all ages.

They are phlebotomists for both adults and
children and are very skilled at EKGs,
Spirometry, and Vaccine Administration.

Office Manager

Patti Clouden has been in the medical field
for over 20 years and brings extensive
knowledge and organizational skills to our
office. Originally from the Washington D.C.
area she has called Florida home for the last
9 years.

REFERRAL COORDINATOR
& MEDICAL RECORDS

Judy Markowski will be happy to arrange all referrals as
requested by our physicians. Please be aware that an office
visit may be requested first if your insurance is an HMO.

We are available to copy and send your records to any of
your specialists and we are available to fill out any school
forms, blue and gold forms or sports physical forms. At some
times an office visit or a small fee may be required.

BILLING OFFICE

Our billing staff are highly trained in insurance verification &
insurance billing.

Our doctors are providers with most every insurance carrier.
